Emotional intelligence, clarity, focus, resilience, clear decision making and execution requires our mind and body to be in optimum health.

Too often we overlook the fact that stress is experienced not only in our minds but in our bodies too.

This year has created stress like no other. We have been in a heightened state of nervous system activation for 9 months. The body is tired, leading to fatigue, low energy, lack of clarity, impulsiveness or procrastination.

I’m no different to anyone else, so I took myself away to process the stress out of my body through a somatic coaching retreat run by Amber Hawken.

We cannot have a clear mind, if our body is feeling stressed. Watch this short vlog about my time away and the importance of coaching our bodies, as well as our minds.
